B dynamic Logistics engaged Phoenix Gold Exhibit to design a 3×6m custom wooden display for the Online Retailer, held at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney).
The goal is to fully showcase B dynamic Logistics's professional image and brand characteristics while attracting and engaging visitors within the limited space. Incorporating large wooden display cabinets into B dynamic Logistics's booth presented a challenge due to their substantial size. Adjusting the colour palette of the overall design to effectively communicate the vitality and energy of B dynamic Logistics was another crucial consideration.
Drawing upon our past partnership and B dynamic Logistics's initial concept, Phoenix Gold Exhibit skillfully curated natural materials and high-saturation colours that seamlessly blended across various areas.
The stand was positioned with one side bordering the adjacent stand, offering a solid backdrop, while the remaining three sides were wide open, granting unrestricted access and visibility to attendees from all angles. After multiple iterations of printing small samples and comparing them with the standard Pantone colours, the vibrant orange was finally selected and established as the dominant theme color for the entire display cabinet. This vibrant orange theme, inspired by the logo and complemented by white and black, created a professional yet lively appearance, attracting the attention of attendees.
A space enclosed specifically by four-sided wooden panelling was also incorporated into the design. This natural material created a harmonious environment that facilitated item storage while maintaining the booth's neatness and aesthetic appeal.
Lastly, attention was devoted to ensuring its suitability for transportation and versatility in subsequent applications. The cabinet was meticulously engineered to seamlessly integrate with re-locking crates, ensuring a smooth and efficient transportation process. Additionally, the cabinet was designed to enable its reuse at future events and exhibitions, demonstrating a commitment to environmental sustainability.
The partnership between B dynamic Logistics and Phoenix Gold Exhibit for the Online Retailer 2024 exhibition turned out to be a resounding success. Phoenix Gold Exhibit refined the design and produced a unified and compelling stand that effectively showcased B dynamic Logistics's brand identity in a visually impressive and unforgettable manner.
